50% is due up front to lock in your dates. The other 50% is due 45 days before your arrival.

Pet Fee
There is a $250 pet fee for bringing your pets to the Ark plus tax on that fee.

Damage Deposit
We require a $2,000 refundable damage deposit to protect the house and property.

Cleaning Fee
We charge a $1,000 plus tax cleaning fee to cover all clean up of the house and property.

Tax Rate
The tax rate of 12% is applied to the cost of the rental, cleaning fee, and pet fees.
