Length of Stay Requirements

Peak season (June through mid-August) typically requires a 7-night stay. Outside of peak season, a 3-night minimum is preferred. Shorter stays may be approved at a higher nightly rate. Holidays and special periods may require longer minimum stays or premium rates.

Guest Occasion Fees & Approval

Small guest occasions during your stay require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Fees vary based on group size, setup needs, staffing, and overall scope. All requests are reviewed by management to ensure compliance with property policies, safety standards, and neighborhood considerations. The Ark on Lake Lanier is a private lodging property and is not an event venue.

Payment Details

50% due now; balance due 45 days before arrival.

Payment Methods

A 3.9% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Guests may avoid this fee by paying via eCheck or check.

Pet Fee

For guests traveling with pets, a $250 non-refundable pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit are required per pet.

Damage Deposit

$2,000 deposit required for security.

Cleaning Fee

$1,900 cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
