Coffee
We have a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffeemaker available for you to use.

Linens
One set of towels per person and one set of sheets per bed are provided.

Household Items
Initial paper towels, dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper and kitchen-size and 33 gallon or larger trash bags are provided. – Please bring extra of all these things, as well as your own beach/lake/pool towels, bath soap/shampoo, laundry detergent (High Efficiency), sunscreen and bug spray.

Towels
Bath towels are provided in every bathroom – Do not use these at the pool or lake. Bring your own towels for pool and lake use.

Cooking & Condiments
You will also need to bring all condiments etc for your stay. The refrigerator is cleaned out fully after every guest leaves. There should be some basic spices, but these are not restocked after every stay. There is a full chef’s kitchen with most everything you will need for cooking and preparing meals. There are three ovens, two blenders, crockpots, mixing bowls, four refrigerators/freezers, two dishwashers, and multiple ice makers (including a very large commercial ice maker in the garage).

Screened Porch
The screened porch is where most large groups have meetings and enjoy their meals. There are 6 round tables available as well as multiple rectangle tables that can also be set up. Please bring your own table cloths, though there may be some that can be used on site. There are approximately 35 metal chairs on the porch. There are fans that can be turned on during hot weather and 4 standing heaters than can be used during cold weather.

Washer & Dryer
There are two washers and dryers available for your use. One set is upstairs in main house. The second set is in the barn cabin.
