Things to Know
A few things to know before arriving at the Ark.
No smoking in the house or porches and leave no trace outside.
Thank you for choosing the Ark for your vacation rental. Please do not try to access any of the locked owners closets as they hold our personal things. Please read through this entire manual. It will answer most of your questions and many you didn’t know you had and will be a reference to look back on during your stay.
Please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions about anything you might need.
If you find something not in proper working order or broken, please let Julie know right away. Even if you are okay with it not working, I’d like to get things working properly for the next guests. Also, inevitably things get broken. That’s life. If you happen to break something, please let us know so we can get it replaced or repaired.

Any recommendations that you can make to help us make this the premiere family vacation spot in Georgia would be greatly appreciated. No item is too small to mention, so please send us your ideas of what could make this place better or things we are missing. We would love for you to post a review of our property. Many times you can forget after the fact, so this could even be done while you are visiting now. Raving reviews are greatly appreciated.
We are on a septic system.
Please do not flush feminine hygiene products or other paper products except for toilet paper down the toilets.
Noise
Please be aware we are in a residential neighborhood. Please do not bring or use any outside sound systems, microphones, boom boxes, speakers, amplification equipment or audio devices. You are welcome to use our indoor and outdoor Sonos sound system. No bands or DJs.
